    Minimum order:
          • Minimum order is $50 for Fittings, $100 for Tubing              ~ Smaller minimum allowed for universities except
             on tubing

    Order confirmations:
         • All e-mail orders automatically receive an e-mail
            confirmation
         • Fax and phone orders receive confirmation by e-mail
             (please include e-mail address) or fax

    Returns:           
          • You must notify Eldon James within 30 days to
             get a return authorization # if you wish to return              products. A minimum 15% restocking fee is
             standard for returns.

          • All Natural Materials products are non-returnable
             This includes Natural Nylon, Natural Kynar®, Natural
             Polypropylene, High Density Polyethylene and all              products with lot traceability.

          Exceptions ~ Eldon James will accept returns on:
             (1) Products that are mislabeled or do not match
                   the part numbers on invoice or confirmations

             (2) Products that are deemed by us to be defective
                   or outside of manufacturing tolerances

         suitability prior to placing quantity orders
