CHANGING THE WAY YOU CONNECT.

The unique Spring-Free Flow Path® quick disconnect coupler allows a larger volume of fluid to pass through it at lower line pressures. optimizing the flow, reducing restriction, turbulence, foaming, and bubbles.

Four body sizes are available to accommodate the application of 1/16” ID to 1” ID Tubing. Connection options: Barb, Panel Mount, Sanitary Flange, Port Plate/Bag Port, NPT Thread, and Micro-Connect.

SeriesLock was born from customer feedback. Customers asked for a product that could be disconnected easily with one hand while wearing gloves. They also wanted assurance that the product would not accidentally disconnect when dropped or bumped.

Adapter

SeriesLock adapter fittings allow for quick and easy connection of Eldon James PVC/BPA free tube/hose ends to almost any component  – threaded component solutions for the medical, food & beverage, and automotive industries. Three different body sizes are available in the Adapter Fittings to accommodate tubing sizes ranging from 1/8” ID to 3/4” ID. These adapters are available with National Pipe Threads (NPT).

Port Plate

Port plates also known as bag ports are designed to be ultrasonic or thermal welded to single-use medical and bio-reactor bags of like material. SeriesLock valved Port Plates offer an easy connect/disconnect solution used when transferring drug compounds, cell culture, and fermentation as well as other media and fluids in the biopharmaceutical industry. Available in a single-use E8402 and flexible PVDF materials. Three body sizes are available to accommodate barb sizes ranging from 1/8” ID to 3/4” ID Tubing.
